Our Change Over Service
Gite Changover & Housekeeping
To make sure your property is at its best and welcoming for you guests. I will be there to meet your guests and show them around to make sure that they have everything they need for an amazing stay. I will give them my contact number should they need me for advice or in an emergency.
Includes:
- Dust & Polish
- Vacuuming of every room
- Wiping paintwork and skirting boards
- Sweeping and wash floors
- Deep clean of the bathroom
- Internal & external window clean
- Cleaning of fridges, kettle, toaster, cooker/oven & microwave.
- Cleaning fireplaces & stock up on matches fire lighters etc.
- Laundry, wash bedding towels, bath mats
- Change all bedding
- Replace any light bulbs that have gone.
- Water all house plants inside and out.
- Check fire alarm is in working order, check all safety equipment eg fire extinguisher
- Examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear
- I will inform you by email or telephone after every visit to update you.
